Midtown Manhattan (Hybrid – 2 days remote after training)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including client scheduling, policy reviews, and follow-ups.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone and email.
Manage life insurance applications and back-office processes (licensing preferred).
Assist in business development initiatives and seminar coordination.
Handle Linked In and Instagram for professional outreach (a plus).
Enable the advisor to focus on meetings by managing administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Highly organized, proactive, and excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle client interactions with confidence.
Experience in insurance, financial services, or real estate is a plus.
Ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Licensed in life insurance preferred, or willing to obtain licensing.
