Job Summary:

The Part Time Administrative Assistant supports the office and warehouse in Edmonton, by providing customer service, performing general administrative tasks, as well as some light shipping and packaging.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service.
  • Maintain office files and digitalize filing as needed.
  • Manage general office supplies.
  • Light shipping and warehouse duties.
  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications Required

  • High school diploma required.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated administrative support experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new software.
  • Strong ability to work within a team, goal oriented.
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken fluent English.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • The role typically requires sitting at a desk for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment with precision and efficiency.
  • Sufficient vision to read computer screens, written documents, and digital displays.
  • Capacity to speak clearly and hear adequately.
  • Occasionally lift, carry, and move parts or equipment weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Work in a warehouse environment.
