Office Assistant

Friendly and busy office that is seeking candidate who is a team player and able to provide support to various departments with a keen eye toward detail. Responsible for answering phones, coordinating and providing administrative support. Candidate must be flexible to assist other departments and will work directly with our customers.

Duties Required:

-Handling of multi-line phone system
-Processing of customer orders and coordination of shipments from inception to receipt
-Administering of customer returns, exchanges and refunds
-Other duties as needed

Skills Required:

-Attention to detail a must
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Exceptionally strong organizational skills.
-Able to handle multiple tasks
-Works well as a team player in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience:

-Prior customer service
-Prior work as an administrative assistant a plus.
-Shopify experince a plus

Details: 7:00am-3:30pm , 40 hours/week. Up to $22/hr DOE
