Overview

A community-focused, mission-driven not-for-profit organization in the Greater Cleveland area is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist with organizational re-establishment and operational setup. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a project-based environment and can work independently while supporting leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership Search Support

  • Coordinate scheduling and communications between candidates and a search committee
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining candidate documentation
  • Support development and tracking of hiring materials, timelines, and communications
  • Ensure smooth coordination of meetings and interviews under leadership direction

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist in office setup and operational readiness
  • Coordinate and schedule vendors and service providers (IT, maintenance, shredding services, etc.)
  • Provide general administrative support during organizational re-launch

Systems & File Organization

  • Reorganize and maintain electronic filing systems
  • Establish efficient document management processes
  • Ensure consistency and accessibility across shared documents

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative, project coordination, or executive support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Experience supporting hiring processes or coordinating interviews is a plus
  • Non-profit experience is helpful but not required

Work Environment

  • Primarily remote with flexible scheduling
  • Occasional local, on-site support is helpful but not required
