  • Process credit card expenses and ensure accurate reconciliation.
  • Manage staff event ticket distribution and tracking.
  • Arrange travel bookings and itineraries for employees.
  • Process invoices, including coding, approvals, and submission to accounting.
  • Provide administrative support across multiple business units.
