Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings.
- Maintain and organise office supplies and equipment.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
