Location: St. Louis

Responsibilities

  • Support the HRIS Administrator by processing and managing employee transactions within the HR system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of forms, data entry, and electronic employment records
  • Maintain data integrity and distribute information to Human Resources and Payroll staff
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing employee activity such as new hires, transfers, promotions, and separations
  • Assist with payroll processing activities as needed
  • Provide general administrative and technical support to the Human Resources Department

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business, office administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of one to three years of administrative or office support experience
  • Experience in a human resources or payroll environment preferred
  • Experience working with HRIS and/or payroll systems strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to work with data in Excel required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry and recordkeeping
  • Basic mathematical aptitude and ability to work with reports and data
  • Effective organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Keyboarding skills with accuracy and efficiency
