Location: St. Louis
Responsibilities
- Support the HRIS Administrator by processing and managing employee transactions within the HR system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of forms, data entry, and electronic employment records
- Maintain data integrity and distribute information to Human Resources and Payroll staff
- Prepare regular reports summarizing employee activity such as new hires, transfers, promotions, and separations
- Assist with payroll processing activities as needed
- Provide general administrative and technical support to the Human Resources Department
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business, office administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of one to three years of administrative or office support experience
- Experience in a human resources or payroll environment preferred
- Experience working with HRIS and/or payroll systems strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to work with data in Excel required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry and recordkeeping
- Basic mathematical aptitude and ability to work with reports and data
- Effective organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Keyboarding skills with accuracy and efficiency
