For our client, international certification company we are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Zagreb.

Responsibilities

  • Front desk receptionist
  • Mail and parcel distribution for the office
  • Office maintenance (incl. small procurement, orders office supplies and ensures the rooms are kept neat, clean, and stocked with the appropriate supplies)
  • Contact for IT activities/issues/deliveries and for local IT suppliers
  • Processing invoices and managing office budgets
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Preparation of accounting materials
  • Preparation of contracts and invoices
  • Travel order issue for employees
  • Stores verified travel expenses and other expenses in respective registers
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

Qualifications

  • High school degree or gymnasium
  • Work experience in a similar position is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken, level B2
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Excellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skills
  • Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
  • Good team player and relationship building skills
  • Passionate and high level of responsibility
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Self driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
