For our client, international certification company we are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Zagreb.
Responsibilities
- Front desk receptionist
- Mail and parcel distribution for the office
- Office maintenance (incl. small procurement, orders office supplies and ensures the rooms are kept neat, clean, and stocked with the appropriate supplies)
- Contact for IT activities/issues/deliveries and for local IT suppliers
- Processing invoices and managing office budgets
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Preparation of accounting materials
- Preparation of contracts and invoices
- Travel order issue for employees
- Stores verified travel expenses and other expenses in respective registers
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Qualifications
- High school degree or gymnasium
- Work experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken, level B2
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Excellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skills
- Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
- Good team player and relationship building skills
- Passionate and high level of responsibility
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
