Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential support to staff and management. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Duties
Manage incoming calls and emails, excellent writing skills.
Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
Excel proficiency required.
Requires coordination with the warehouse and EDI providers is crucial for the success of this position.
Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed.
Offer outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain up-to-date records of tasks completed.
Support the team with various projects and tasks as assigned.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with experience in office management.
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Excel and Word.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Knowledge or at least familiarity with EDI workflows and documentation is plus.
