Full Job Description

As the Administrative Assistant for Anchor Financial Group, LLC, the individual filling this position will primarily be required to provide a wide range of administrative support services to the two Financial Advisors in the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. The role requires that the individual provide a quality client experience through a number of administrative support functions including: answering phones, project management, appointment scheduling, opening and maintaining client accounts, and processing account deposits and distributions. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining office and client account files in accordance with annual regulatory audit requirements, as well as preparing personnel for the annual audit. Other tasks include: maintaining files for continuing education credits, state registrations, and insurance licenses and appointments for the advisors. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 9:30am-4pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $46,000.00 per year
