Joining our RMH@Home Acute team as an Administrative Assistant will give you the opportunity to utilise your skills within a friendly and dynamic team!
Your New Role
Supporting the Head of Unit, in providing administrative support to aid effective running of the RMH@Home Acute unit and medical team
Undertake word processing activities for reports, correspondence etc., filing and utilise other software packages, including Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams and Excel, where appropriate
Ensure appropriate confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
Support for rostering of medical staff, in terms of coordinating information and ensuring appropriate data input of roster for medical staff within the unit as required.
About You
Highly proficient computer skills and spreadsheet management skills
Effective interpersonal skills and attributes that demonstrate use of initiative
Ability to maintain efficient appointment, reminder and filing systems
Ability to determine workload priorities, coordinate tasks, work to time lines and self-direct activities
Experience as an administrative assistant and the range of functions within the role is desirable
