Administrative Assistant
Limitless Financial Group is a financial firm looking for an Administrative Assistant for its office in Port St. Lucie. This position is responsible for performing clerical tasks to support daily operations on behalf of their Advisor and/or the Agency. This candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality, ability to multitask, and excellent follow-through.
Responsibilities:
· Calendar – scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings
· Client Relations – supporting client needs and inquiries
· Pipeline Management – maintaining deadlines and deliverables for all cases
· Organization – record keeping and file management
Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with advisors, clients, vendors, and other Team Members
· Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and reprioritize tasks as needed
· Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
· Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day
· Patience and listening skills to respond and interact positively with clients
· Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all clients, such as being personable and attentive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
