Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. They will also answer phones and provide excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools

Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Time management skills and ability to work independently

Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field

Experience working in property management or real estate is a plus
