Salary/Hourly Rate

$22/hr – $27/hr

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in keeping the office running efficiently by providing essential administrative support to the team. The ideal Administrative Assistant is detail-oriented, personable, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease. Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant

Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.

Managing a variety of administrative tasks and time-sensitive projects.

Assisting with general office operations such as filing, mailing, and organizing supplies.

Coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, and booking travel as needed.

Supporting multiple departments with scheduling, data entry, and documentation.

Demonstrating initiative and maintaining a flexible, can-do attitude.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent phone and email communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Positive, professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
