Job Details
Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations and general administrative tasks.
Address customer inquiries about products and services.
Process phone orders and verify stock availability and shipping schedules.
Provide price quotes, fulfill orders, and update sales data using computer systems.
Support the sales team by preparing quotes and sourcing products.
Qualifications
Distribution center or industrial services experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently with enthusiasm.
Relevant experience in similar roles, including inside sales or customer service.
Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
Regular in-person attendance is required.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8 00 AM – 4 30 PM. Regular in-person attendance is required.
