Full Job Description
Administrative Assistant
As our Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to our administrative team members by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Your Responsibilities
Accomplish special projects as assigned with exceptional attention to detail and timelines.
Assist with preparing of daily/weekly/monthly reports for Administrative team.
Assist with credentialing/recredentialing for physicians.
Assist all members of the administrative team with miscellaneous responsibilities.
Lead on purchasing of uniforms and office, cleaning, and breakroom supplies for all offices.
Prepare outgoing mail for distribution.
Update and maintain databases and electronic files.
Type/disburse documents, reports, and correspondence.
Unpack and reconcile orders and deliveries.
Coordinate meetings and send notices.
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:
Highschool diploma or equivalent. (Required)
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. (Preferred)
