Education and Experience:
Social work or non-profit experience required
Four years of progressively responsible experience performing administrative work.
Paralegal degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, communications, or related field
Administrative Assistant Job Description:
Provides primary administrative support to the Development Team, including scheduling, communications, research, and other tasks.
Prepares and updates records, databases, and forms accurately and promptly.
Posts, indexes, and enters data to keep records current.
Conducts file research as needed, maintaining organized files.
Manages office mail for timely processing.
Coordinates and schedules weekly team and council meetings with the Director and Attorneys.
Prepares meeting materials, records minutes, and distributes them promptly.
Maintains team and council minutes and ensures timely processing of required reports
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, from 9:00 am to 50:00pm
