Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Administrative Assistant role in the Greater Boston Area. Initial work will be remote with the role growing into some field work including some project management. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, basic bookkeeping, some client communications, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. Future tasks may include some onsite project management for maintenance and construction projects.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
Detail-oriented and organized mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in property management is a plus
General knowledge of record and bookkeeping
Must reside in the Greater Boston Area/Eastern Massachusetts
