Job Description

We are seeking detail‑oriented Documentation Specialists to support a one‑month project tied to a critical launch initiative. This role will focus on supporting maintenance documentation by organizing, updating, and tailoring existing documents to align with individual site requirements.

The majority of the work will be completed in Excel and will involve taking completed documentation from other locations, reviewing and tailoring the content to fit a specific site, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across data sets. Each document will be reviewed by a Group Leader, who will provide feedback and redlines. The Documentation Specialist will then incorporate those revisions directly into Excel.

This is a highly detail‑driven role that requires strong data entry skills and comfort working with structured information. Ideal candidates are confident taking one data set and accurately transferring, adjusting, and aligning it to another while maintaining consistency and quality. Prior experience working with documentation, spreadsheets, or maintenance‑related records is strongly preferred.
