Full Job Description

SUMMARY

Reporting directly to local Market President, works independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. Serves as Foundation coordinator for the market and interacts with public relations department. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts. Responsible for developing and administering office systems and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Extensive reporting for markets around sales and other initiatives

Coordinates manager’s schedule and makes appointments

Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations; handle expense report

Performs a wide variety of complex, responsible, and confidential administrative duties for management personnel

Researches, compiles, and analyzes data for special projects and various reports

Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.

Serve as liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations

Performs all other duties as assigned

In charge of on-boarding new hires

Reports to Regional President but may also work with other market presidents

Manages social selling efforts for markets

Liaison and support for public relations, foundation and CRA efforts

Keep up with PR and Foundation budgets

Review PR expense requests

Participate in PR planning meetings

Assisting in organizing and execution of PR events, campaigns and managing event budgets

Assist markets with their PR tasks, events and CRA

Take part in planning sessions and suggest ideas

Approve timecards for other employees as needed

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No supervisory responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:

High school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficient in Excel, Word and able to learn PowerPoint

Experience with Salesforce.com a plus

Abe to become proficient in several advanced internal reporting platforms

Highly accurate – detail oriented

Self-starter.

Minimum 3 of 5 days in office
