Full Job Description

Qualified applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with Microsoft Publisher, Outlook and Excel. The Chamber office is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multitask during the workday. QuickBooks experience is a plus. Salary is based on experience and a full employer-paid health benefit is provided.

Candidates should be able to handle various office tasks, provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail and generally be a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Include:

Handle various office tasks, set up for meetings, and maintain office supply inventory

Answer phones and relaying messages accordingly

Use computer/software to transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and assist with Chamber events and committees

Greet and assist visitors

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, mail and e-mail

Job Type: Full-time
