Servicing Pros is a privately owned, full-service national loan servicer headquartered in San Diego, CA. We pride ourselves in being able to provide personalized service to private lenders and debt fund managers by creating tailored programs that meet their individual requirements. We are searching for the next member of our team. This person will play a highly visible role with both our clients and office visitors as the ambassador of client experience. This position requires a pro-active, confident person with excellent administrative and organizational skills, meticulous in attention to detail and a can-do positive attitude.

This is not a hybrid nor remote position.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Answer, route and screen incoming calls

· Greet visitors, clients and set up meetings

· Oversight of office calendar and events

· Coordinate and record all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

· Organize and file all client documents and communication

Skills Needed:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – being courteous, professional and helpful

· Excellent Oral and written communication skills

· Ability to relay information accurately to others

· Real Estate industry experience a plus, but not necessary

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
