Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations and administrative coordination . This role works closely with Production, Finance, and EHS teams to maintain organized documentation, accurate data reporting, and efficient departmental workflow.

Duration: 6-month contract with potential for permanent hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 7:00 AM start (100% onsite)

Pay Rate: $26/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and professional correspondence.
  • Perform high-volume data entry and maintain records.
  • Manage purchase order (PO) requisitions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets in Google Suite.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems and support operational tasks.
  • Handle sensitive financial and personnel information with confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar.
  • Experience managing PO requisitions preferred.
  • Experience supporting Production, Finance, EHS, HR, or Payroll teams is a plus.

Work Environment

Primarily office-based but may require occasional work within plant areas.

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
