Full Job Description
Experienced assistant for busy contractor’s office. Customer service oriented. Familiar with all office procedures, to include, customer communications via phone, text, email, on site, etc. Maintain accurate records, using spreadsheets, documentation posting. Assist co-workers with completing project related duties.
Professional demeanor, organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, team support, willingness to learn. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with an entrepreneurial focus of mind to join our growing team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the department manager with administrative duties, as well as ensuring that documentation related to daily operations is always accessible and up-to-date. Experience with project planning, data management, and on-time reporting is a must. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a friendly and supportive environment while navigating a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Make appointments.
Prepare expense budgets.
Plan meetings and conferences.
Do research.
Call people to obtain the information needed or relay information to them.
Type and proofread correspondence, manuscripts, reports, and other documents., etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
