As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the School of Information and Physical Sciences and its academic staff.

In this role you will:
Assist with the organisation of meetings and preparation of agendas and minutes

Efficiently respond to a broad range of enquiries and requests from staff and students

Provide support for courses and programs including assistance with admissions and enrolment

This 12-month fixed term position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $65,591 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

Well-developed problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, high level organisational skills with the ability to meet competing deadlines.

Demonstrated experience in taking ownership and driving innovation, process improvement and contributing to overall corporate operations.
