Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, preferably in Accountancy
  • With at least two (2) years of office work experience

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Good records management and documentation skills
  • Diligent and reliable

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents
