Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Provide administrative support to agents and office staff.
Manage emails, scheduling, and basic document preparation.
Assist with office organization and client interactions.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office setting.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Part-Time)
