Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage the front desk, and handle various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

– Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and greet visitors

– Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers

– Prepare and send quotations to clients

– Maintain accurate records and databases

– Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and meetings

– Manage office supplies and inventory

– Perform data entry and management in CRM software

– Create and manage spreadsheets using Excel

– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

– 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

– Experience with CRM software (e.g., odoo)

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
