EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant. In this critical role, you will ensure efficient office operations by providing administrative support and managing front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.

What You’ll Do:

As an Administrative Assistant, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately or taking accurate messages.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members when necessary.

Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating future needs and placing orders as required.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Support senior staff as needed

Calendar management

Other duties as assigned

What You Need:

High school diploma or equivalent education

At least 3 years of related experience

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Experience scheduling and managing multiple calendars

Experience booking travel and logistics

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
