What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate travel arrangements including lodging, airfare, and vehicle reservations
- Manage Outlook calendars for conference rooms and state vehicles, scheduling meetings as needed
- Process invoice payments for vendors and employee reimbursements using accounting systems
- Facilitate onboarding of new staff, ensuring access to building, ID badges, and necessary equipment
- Maintain accurate administrative records and assist with office support processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate state-owned vehicles
- Ability to transport materials and/or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
