Administrative Assistant Jobs in West Chester, OH at Shrader Tire and Oil
Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc., makers of YellaWood brand Pressure Treated Pine, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This individual will provide clerical and administrative support to the plant by processing paperwork related to receiving, treating, shipping, invoicing, and credit by performing the following duties. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a full benefits package.
Essential Duties Include:
Manage special orders, returns, and quote center.
Maintain delivery schedules for customer orders.
Assist with key account inquiries.
Track inventory and assist with interbranch transfers.
Help with pricing inputs and customer price pages.
Assist with invoicing, EDI systems, credits and other interoffice task.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and other Great Southern plants.
Work with accounts payables and receivables to resolve issues.
Create, format, and edit Excel spreadsheets for reporting as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma and at least 2 years related experience. Must have intermediate computer skills including: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook email.
Must be detail-oriented and organized
