Thisis a full-time, onsite position and the hours are M-F, 8:15am-5:00pm

Walpole Co-operative Bank is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the senior management team of the bank. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for preparing and maintaining all Board correspondence, records and minutes, and preparing presentations.

Administrative AssistantQualifications andSkills

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration or completion of specialized secretarial coursework is strongly preferred, or equivalent experience

Minimum three years professional experience in an office environment

Minimum one year experience supporting senior management position

Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy to accomplish work objectives

Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, database and creating presentations

Ability to problem solve and implement solutions

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands with frequent interruptions

A strong team player with a positive attitude and ability to absorb and learn quickly; willing to go the extra mile

AdministrativeAssistantJob Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the senior management team; prepare confidential correspondence and reports, scheduling, and maintaining correspondence

Assist with preparation of documentation and agenda for bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings

Maintain all corporate records and files; retrieve and prepare information as needed

Prepare presentations and reports using MS Office and Adobe platforms as needed

Coordination of all approved bank policies including network and staff distribution; maintain and update master policy list

Maintain and distribute audit calendar, schedules, and request lists; assist with regulatory examinations and maintain and update Master Audit Tracking list

Greet and assist customers and vendors with deliveries and bank needs

Download daily Fiserv notices and maintenance of Fiserv Master Grid

Login and scan subpoenas

Maintain Master Employee Training list including sign in sheets; register employees for webinars and seminars

Distribution of deliveries, and coordination of FedEx and UPS pickups

Facilitate distribution of non-HR notices and memos to staff as they arise
