Job Summary:
St. Augustine Shores Service Corporation is currently seeking a First Impressions Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth
– Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
– Manage office tasks such as filing and data entry
– Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy reception area
– Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination
– Analyze HOA and Membership accounts
– Process and sort daily mail
– Assist Bookkeeper with monthly collection letters and processes
– Host building tours and provide membership information to prospective guests/renters
– Complete and process venue rental applications
– Assist the Assistant Manager with weekly ACC (Architectural Control Committee) Applications
Skills:
– High School Diploma Required; Prefer College Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Hospitality & Tourism.
– Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with the public
– Must have advanced computer knowledge using Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, and Word; Social media platforms including Facebook and Nextdoor.
– Must have a friendly demeanor and offer a warm telephone/in person greeting.
– Experience in the following industries is helpful to this position: customer service, office management, hospitality, service, tourism, HOA office, or real estate office.
– Proficiency in multi-line phone systems
– Strong computer literacy
– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
– Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: $18hr paid weekly
