Office Manager / Executive Assistant — Nathan’s Outdoor Services
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am-4pm, with flexibility required during winter snow storm events.
Compensation: $27–$32/hour or salaried equivalent, depending on experience
Overview
We’re seeking a proactive, sharp, and experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant to help lead our administrative operations. This role goes beyond traditional office admin work—you’ll manage inboxes, assist with internal systems, support the CEO, and take ownership of workflows that affect every part of the company.
What You’ll Do
Directly support the company’s leadership team with scheduling, email/inbox management, and task follow-ups
Monitor and resolve customer service issues promptly—especially those requiring diplomacy or higher-level attention
Manage and maintain communication with HOA boards and commercial accounts, ensuring their concerns are tracked, followed up on, and resolved professionally
Review and improve internal processes for office systems, documents, and team communication
Organize and maintain high-level files, spreadsheets, receipts, and notes
Assist with payroll oversight and HR coordination (employee records, time tracking, basic onboarding)
Conduct interviews and assist in hiring
Occasionally review service performance or inspect properties for customer satisfaction
Lead or delegate office tasks to other admins and provide overall team support
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in administrative management, executive support, or office leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—must be confident managing multiple inboxes and calls
High proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
Organized and efficient—must be able to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving
Self-motivated with strong judgment and decision-making skills
Experience in a field service, construction, or landscaping company is a bonus
