Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

– Requesting subcontractor releases

– Requesting supplier Notice to Owners

– Perform data entry to translate to project budget excel sheets

– Provide general clerical support, including typing, filing, and photocopying

– Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

– Assist with maintaining and tracking subcontractor insurance certificates

Skills:
– Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
– Experience working in a real estate or construction office setting is preferred
– Strong clerical skills, including typing and filing
– Familiarity with QuickBooks
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficient in computer applications and able to quickly learn new software programs
– Experience in project coordination is a plus
