Administrative Assistantswill provide project administrative support to ensure efficient inventory operations.The Purchasing Assistant will coordinate with the Inventory Manager and use problem-solving and organizational skills to provide logistical support. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as the Purchasing Assistant will assist the Inventory Manager in purchasing materials, tracking deliverables, and assisting with material credit procedures.

What You’ll Do:
Perform vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reduce operating costs, and boost efficiency
Maintain and build relationships with vendor and supervise vendor activities
Manage and review purchase orders, oversee shipping and receiving schedules and maintain purchase and credit records
Track and order of parts in vendor portals to provide updates internally for all Branch locations
Review open sales orders in our system and commit any available inventory
Review completed jobs and reconcile between our software and CRM/production tracking system
What You’ll Bring:
1+ years office/administrative experience
Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn other computer programs
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills with an expertise in problem resolution
Exceptional multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks
