The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting consultants and leadership teams with a variety of administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to consultants and management teams.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with candidate and client onboarding processes.
- Organize team events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
- Support office operations and ensure administrative processes run efficiently.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and business support activities as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or assistant role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
