We are looking for an Administrative Professional fluent in English and Mandarin to assist our Canadian Tax Services team. This position involves providing administrative support, processing tax returns, and managing client invoicing. Candidates should prioritize attention to detail and quality service delivery in a dynamic workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer administrative assistance to partners and engagement teams
• Ensure documents are proofread and accurate prior to client delivery
• Manage billing and maintain reliable A/R and A/P processes
• E-file tax documentation and maintain compliance with deadlines
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties including photocopying and filing
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively
• Minimum 2 years working in an administrative or similar role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proven capability to handle multiple tasks with ease
