JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: – Provide
reception back up for a high volume of phone calls, to include
processing customer key orders – Assist with filing, data entry, and
other administrative tasks to maintain effective business operations. –
Assist with Accounts Payable – Provide support to the accounting
department, or to other departments as needed – Maintain customer and
employee confidential information – Perform miscellaneous duties and
projects as assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and Skills Preferred: This position must be able to take
initiative, be proactive, be able to maintain confidentiality, and be
able to work as a team member and autonomously. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills Basic Accounting knowledge Knowledgeable in
Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Comfortable interacting with
customers. Professional and positive attitude. Detail oriented and
