Essential Functions & Responsibilites

Provide administrative support, including answering calls, responding to emails and organizing documents.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff.

Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.

Take minutes during meetings.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

Proficient ins using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint.)

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

High attention to detail and accuracy

High School diploma
