GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Data Entry support person will assist the Program Supervisor in all phases of use of the ETO Data Entry System. This support includes data entry, maintaining electronic and paper files, and reviewing data reports. This position reports directly to the Home Visitation Program Director.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist with maintaining Healthy Families data in the ETO System that includes entering demographic information, developmental evaluations, parent child interaction evaluations, safety information, home visit notes, goals, caseload tracking, and funding tracking.
Inform supervisors and/or director of delayed or missed data submission.
Enroll new families into the ETO system.
Maintain Healthy Families Tool Trackers by entering all data pertaining to ASQ, ASQ-SE, Edinburgh, CHEERS Check In, Medical Provider/Well Visits and Immunizations into the HFAZ tool.
Run Monthly Healthy Families Tool Tracker Summary reports – inform supervisor of any requirements not meeting standard.
Trouble shoot any data inconsistencies utilizing the ETO helpdesk and/or Central Administration staff.
Enter data accurately and within funder time requirements.
Run ETO reports and communicate to supervisor and staff data needs.
Maintain and protect the confidentiality of the data and uphold any proprietary rights associated with hardware/software
Ensure that the data entry is completed for all families closing out of services. Move EFF file to “closed” folder.
Cross reference S-5 to ensure all newly enrolled or closed families are entered or discharged from ETO.
Participate in CQI activities as determined by the Program Director.
Provide administrative support to Program Supervisor and program staff as it pertains to the ETO Data reporting system.
Attend Healthy Families and CFR All Staff Meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED.
At least one year administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit setting.
Flexible, detail oriented, and well organized.
Knowledge of office methods, machines, and procedures.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and basic data entry skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to understand and carry out detailed oral and written instructions.
Adheres to agency policies & procedures.
Meets department performance/productivity standard
Maintain a functional and safe home working space with adequate internet connection for the job.
Comply with all agency and program policies and procedures including confidentiality, employee conduct, computer usage and dress code.
Meet program and department’s performance and productivity standards.
Attend required agency and department meetings.
Adhere to schedule agreed upon with the supervisor.
Follow and model CFR’s core values.
Participate in PQI projects.
Must be eligible and able to obtain a level one fingerprint card.
Must have valid AZ driver’s license, vehicle and meet agency liability insurance requirements.

ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting for extended periods of time daily; standing and walking short distances.
Moderate twisting, bending, stooping and lifting up to 40 pounds in the performance of assigned duties.
Ability to use a variety of office equipment and machines as referenced.
Normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination required.
Repeated hand-wrist movement required.

The Pay Rate for this position starts at $15.00-$17.00 per hour.
The nature of the position involves a fast-paced working environment with multitasking of many different duties and tasks. General daily priorities may change at a moment’s notice and the position requires quick response time and flexibility.
