Transcend-Solutions is currently partnering with a client of ours in Mountain View, CA for an Administrative Assistant.

Contract Length: 12 months+

Location: Mountain View, CA

Fully onsite

Provides administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.

· Performs clerical and administrative tasks.

· Handles contract management, renewals and expense filing

· Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.

· Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.

· Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, and creating reports.

· Manage Contractors hiring process for Technology Team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Verbal and written communication skills.

· Organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of office administration

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

· Associate Degree /Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

· At least 3+years of related experience required.
