· Answering and directing phone calls

· Maintaining and organizing office files

· Assisting with scheduling and calendar management

· Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

· Previous office or clerical experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
