Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diverse business interests. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks across multiple companies, requiring you to be fast-paced, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Additionally, you will interface with customers, representing our businesses with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to, answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing schedules.

Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements for company executives.

Maintain accurate records and databases across various platforms.

Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service over the phone, via email, and in person.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.

Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service experience is a plus.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time.

Hybrid Remote Work:
This position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, with the expectation of spending 2-3 days in the office and the remaining days working remotely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

8 hour shift
