Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Preferred Fire Protection LLC. 25-30 hours. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and managing administrative tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, maintaining records, and assisting with clerical duties. This role is located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Proficient in general clerical skills (e.g., data entry, filing)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Knowledge of fire protection systems is a plus

Experience in the construction industry is a plus
