Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to ensure efficient operation of the office. The day-to-day tasks may include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining documents, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service. This role will also involve working closely with executives and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Strong organizational and clerical skills

Proficient in using office software and equipment

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Team-oriented and interpersonal skills

Experience in a similar administrative role is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent
