This is a unique and exciting role where you’ll serve as the administrative support backbone for the entire organization, working alongside other administrative assistants to keep things running smoothly. What You’ll Do:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the entire organization.
You’ll be responsible for:
Sit at the front desk being the first point of contact
Providing administrative and clerical support to Leadership, Executive Assistants, and other team members.
Managing correspondence, reports, and documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Assisting with organizing calendars, meetings, and office events to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Maintaining and managing office equipment and helping employees with tools like postage meters, copiers, and printers.
Keeping files organized and maintaining an efficient filing system.
Supporting with mailings, including folding, stuffing, labeling, and posting, and maintaining the organizational mailing list.
Proofreading documents to ensure they are free of errors and up to our high standards.
Working alongside other administrative assistants to provide comprehensive support to the entire organization.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive, reliable, and organized individual who loves helping others and is self-motivated. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience: At least 4 years of administrative assistant experience.
Skills:
Strong oral and written communication abilities.
Proven accuracy in punctuation, grammar, and composition.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Mail Merge.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Attributes:
Task-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
A self-starter who works independently and can adapt to changing priorities.
Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in office equipment and general administrative duties.

Physical Requirements:
Full-time position based in Oklahoma City.
Ability to work under stress and with numerous distractions while maintaining a calm, effective approach.
Ability to sit for long periods and use office equipment (computer, phone, etc.).
Additional Information:
Some in state travel may be required.
A strong focus on communication and customer service, both internally and externally.
