Job Purposes

As an administrative assistant you will be a key part of project management. Working heavily in our CRM Software, coordinating schedules, and producing reports on a regular basis. You will help craft a premium experience for clients at Davies Allen.You will manage the front office at our Salt Lake office.

What will you do?

Set the tone and be the face of the Salt Lake office

Assist in scheduling with clients and coordinating with internal team members

Maintain a CRM Database

Produce and design reports to improve productivity and efficiency within the team

Communicate daily with clients and team members

Answer and route phone calls

Regularly update and create records across several softwares

Work with the other Administrative team members to assist as needed

A massive plus is prior experience with: Canopy Tax, Quickbooks, Lacerte, working in remote desktops, or any prior accounting firm work.
