Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and willingness to learn. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling various administrative duties primarily focused around our service department. Primary responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and closing out customer service requests, ordering parts, filing warranty claims and maintaining communication with our service technicians.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5

Communication skills – Highly required

Computer skills – Highly required

Competitive salary commensurate with experience
