Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties

Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
Assist with filing documents and maintaining organized records to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and communication within the team.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting visitors warmly and addressing their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
Support various administrative tasks as needed to enhance office productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software, including Google Workspace applications.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
