Your Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by greeting families and guests, handling clerical duties, and supporting school leadership and teaching teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage central telephone system and assist families with inquiries
Serve as the primary point of contact for families and guests
Foster warm, professional relationships with parents and students
Process mail and maintain office organization
Coordinate with vendors as needed
Assist with ordering and stocking office supplies
Provide classroom support when necessary
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
What You Need to Succeed
High school diploma or GED
2-3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
Early childhood classroom experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with standard office equipment (computer, smartphone, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
